Building Lifeskills Through
Group Therapy

notMYkid’s Group Therapy Program offers a safe, supportive environment for teens and young adults to build essential life skills, improve social abilities, and enhance communication. Led by masters-level clinicians, sessions combine educational content, hands-on experiences, and group discussions on topics ranging from social media and relationships to substance use and mental health.

With groups capped at 12 participants, every session fosters personalized learning, active participation, and a strong sense of community. Weekly dynamic topics keep the experience fresh and impactful, helping participants develop practical coping strategies, build resilience, and create meaningful connections for lasting growth.
