Zion Givens is a student of life with a bigger-than-life personality, positive attitude, and approachability. His upbeat, but empathetic presentation and facilitation style makes sessions with him feel more like an intimate concert rather than a school lecture. Before joining the NMK team, Zion has held various leadership positions as communicator, educator, and promotor. He was a facilitator and presenter for an organization in Tucson, AZ called El Rio R.H.A.P (Reproductive Health Access Project) for teens, the strategic marketing, and social media director for El Rio R.H.A.P. and his local FBLA chapter. He also worked with another nonprofit called LPKNC as a Community Development Specialist in this position he delivered evidence-based programs to youth and families. In his free time, he currently hosts his own weekly podcast called the Takeover Lounge. Zion is an entrepreneur and the Co-Founder of his own media production company, Takeover Media, that promotes local talent and creatives on state, regional, national, and global platforms.
