Sarah Grado has been working in adolescent behavioral health since 2009 and has been employed with notMYkid for over 13 years. As our Chief Programs Officer, Sarah leads our state-wide program teams, provides oversight and administration of 3M in grants and contracts, and provides vision for sustainable growth. With partners all over the state, Sarah ensures that our connections to coalitions and other community groups get the support and services needed to build strong communities with notMYkid’s help.
Sarah is an international speaker who shares her inspirational story to youth, parents, and professionals. Over the years, Sarah has facilitated over 500 presentations reaching over 75,000 youth and adults. Sarah is an alumni member ASU Lodestar Leadership Academy 2014-2015 class and holds certifications in Adolescent Brain Development, Trauma-Informed Care, and Adverse Childhood Experiences, safeTALK, and Mindful Schools. In 2020, Sarah received notMYkid’s employee of the year award in recognition for outstanding achievement.
Sarah lives in Florence with her husband and four wonderful boys. In her free time, she enjoys baking, mountain biking, playing video games, and having lazy pool days with her family.
