Lane Krumpos was born and raised in Washington and joined notMYkid in 2022, after moving to Arizona. As the Director of Integration, Lane ensures NMK’s Full Continuum of Care is available to ALL communities. Lane has a Bachelors in Psychology from Pacific Lutheran University and will graduate in the Spring of 2023 with her Masters in Public Administration from Evergreen State College.
Beyond her professional credentials, she holds the utmost gratitude for her lived experience navigating multiple systems as a youth. Within her personal and professional experience, she has seen the intersection of mental health, juvenile justice, education, and the way these systems can be used as a tool in instilling hope and healing when they operate collaboratively, inclusively, equitably, and remain trauma-informed. Lane is incredibly passionate about leading with these values, supporting community partners in transformative ways of being, and amplifying the voice of youth to promote them to become leaders.
Lane has worked for the juvenile prison system, policy reform, education, peer counseling, and crisis response mental health. She has created trainings to support schools and community organizations with healing-centered practices, staff wellness and resilience, suicide prevention, suicide intervention, crisis postvention response, and restorative justice practices. She has also led support groups that use mindfulness, meditation, and yoga practices. Regardless of the role or space Lane is within she works to honor her whole self personally and professionally.
