Kiera Allen, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), joined notMYkid in July of 2019. Kiera brings over 30 years of financial and administrative management experience in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. In her role as CFO, Kiera oversees all fiscal and accounting functions of the organization, oversight of human resources, and serves as liaison to the Board of Directors.

Before joining the Executive Team at notMYkid, Kiera started her career as a Tax Consultant at Price Waterhouse, worked as a Tax Manager at Dreyer, Edmonds and McGlone, then as a Senior Manager at American Express. After relocating from Los Angeles to Scottsdale in 2001, Kiera was the Accounting Manager at Barness Papas Investments. In 2008, Kiera became the Owner and Operator of Save and Gave, LLC, an online sales company, and most recently, worked as the Manager of Finance and Operations at Fountain Hills Theater, where she was responsible for all fiscal, budgetary, and organizational operations. While in her role at FHT, Kiera gained extensive knowledge of Board Governance, and non-profit policies and procedural operations.

Kiera lives in Scottsdale with her husband, David, her five children, and her ridiculously pampered dog, Winnie.
