Kaitlyn Dimech joined notMYkid’s prevention team in 2021. As a Program Coordinator, Kaitlyn is responsible for coordinating and delivering prevention education programs for schools and organizations. She grew up in the Bay Area, California and moved to Arizona to attend Northern Arizona University in 2015. Kaitlyn graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health. After graduating, she moved to the Phoenix area to pursue opportunities in health promotion and education. In the past 3 years, Kaitlyn has gained experience in providing motivational interviewing, implementing health education curricula on social and emotional learning, and coordinating programs. Kaitlyn is incredibly passionate about the work notMYkid does for Arizona communities and loves promoting mental health among the youth. In her free time, she enjoys being around friends and staying active by going to the gym or running. She also likes taking weekend trips to the Bay Area to visit family every couple of months.
