Dustin Gill joined the NMK team as the Adult Program Supervisor in 2022. He was born and raised in Arizona and graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing. Having worked in the mental health field for the past two years as a field representative, he has spoken with a variety of health professionals about the increased need for mental and physical health. Not only does Dustin have professional experience when it comes to teaching and mental health but has some personal life experience as well. Having suffered the loss of a family member due to depression, he has made his goal to help others who are struggling and may have lost hope. Dustin also enjoys anything when it comes to the outdoors. He loves taking road trips, camping and hiking with his dog Dug. His favorite sport is basketball, and his favorite team varies from whichever team Lebron James is on at the time. “Success is not final; failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts.” — Winston S.
