Amy Le has over four years of experience working with youth in the behavioral health field. She continues to serve and inspire the youth community as a Peer Support Specialist for notMYkid’s Peer Program. Amy worked as a Prevention Specialist and moved over to the Peer Program where she continues her passion to support the youth. She received her Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University. While at ASU, Amy was a Teaching Assistant for ASU’s Communication Assessment & Learning Lab where she provided peer mentoring on public speaking for the youth community outreach program. She has worked closely with the Boys and Girls Club’s Youth of the Year, Girl Scouts, and K-12 graders within the West Valley. After her internship with the Boys and Girls Club, Amy wanted to continue her career in mental health and become a positive role model for the kids. She has also provided peer support for at-risk youth at group homes and outpatient behavioral clinics. Amy is skilled at implementing and planning workshops for self-esteem, self-care, creative painting, communication, and interactive activities.

Amy loves to journal, paint, cook new recipes, and work out at the gym or do yoga for days to care for her mental wellness. She loves her cat (named Khoi which means “smokey” in Vietnamese). Amy loves going on walks with her cat every day.
